Our mission is to bridge digital assets and traditional finance for European financial institutions, payment providers, and e-commerce merchants — enabling blockchain-based settlements and conversions within a regulated, transparent, and secure framework.

Søren Nielsen
Chief Technology Officer
Søren has spent 25 years building and running IT organizations. From 2018 to 2024, he built Bitcoin Suisse’s Danish branch, focusing on blockchain, crypto infrastructure, and digital assets. He leads teams, designs secure systems, and delivers results—no fluff, just execution.

Head of Legal and Compliance
Alain has extensive experience and expertise handling complex Legal and Compliance matters for European regulated companies including financial institutions. Alain has numerous years of experience in managing regulatory relationships.
Francesco Fantinelli
MLRO, Compliance officer
Francesco is a dedicated compliance professional specializing in virtual asset service providers, with deep expertise in blockchain analytics, on-chain investigations, and crypto-specific risk management. His background spans AML/CFT framework development, transaction monitoring, and KYC/KYB processes, combining hands-on experience in the crypto ecosystem with a solid foundation in traditional financial compliance.
Julie Bjerg Norup
Legal advisor and Organisational Development
Business Law degree from the University of Copenhagen with expertise within HR Law. Julie has the last 20 years worked as director and legal advisor, developing organisations based on a holistic view. Recruitment and organisation development.
Jonathan Reddin
Head of Business Development
Johathan has an extensive experience within the Financial Service Sector the last 30 years, specialising in start-ups, business transformation and turnaround, project management and employee engagement. Executive Manager / Director / Advisor / Founder for several financial institutions, currently chairman of Equals Europe, one of Europe’s largest EMIs.
